Appointment to the Board
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Ian Brander has been appointed
as an independent non-executive Director of HAHL. Ian`s appointment is effective
27 July 2011.
Ian is qualified as a mechanical engineer (BSC Honours from the University of
Strathclyde) and brings with him technical and leadership knowledge gained in
his career in the Howden Group over the last 28 years. He has been Operations
Director of Howden Global since 2008 and will take over as Chief Executive of
Howden Global on 1st August 2011.
