RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors of Indequity wish to inform shareholders that Mrs. CM
Koekemoer has resigned as Financial Director with effect from 18 July 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Mrs. Koekemoer for her input and contribution to the
Board during her tenure with the Group and wish her success for the future.
A suitable replacement will be appointed in due course.
