DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that:
* ABSA Bank Limited ("ABSA") has notified Ingenuity that it has disposed of a
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the
total beneficial interest of Ingenuity ordinary shares held by ABSA is now
nil; and
* Pruta Securities (Jersey) Limited ("Pruta") has notified Ingenuity that it
has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company,
such that the total beneficial interest of Ingenuity ordinary shares held
by Pruta is now 10% of the total issued Ingenuity ordinary shares.
