CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, the
Dorbyl board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Balwantrai Daya Bhikha
as financial director of Dorbyl with effect from 29 August 2011.
Mr Bhikha holds a B Com degree in accounting, is a CA(SA), and also has a Higher
Diploma in Tax Law (Wits). Mr Bhikha has been with Dorbyl for 23 years and his
experience include various financial positions over the years. Mr Bhikha was
appointed group company secretary in January 1999 and will be continuing with
this role.
