Corporation and British American Tobacco Holdings (The Netherlands) B.V.
(as Issuers) and British American Tobacco p.l.c. and each of the Issuers
(except where it is the relevant Issuer) (as Guarantors).
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction
