RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Invicta shareholders was held on Friday,
29 July 2011. All the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders dated 31 May 2011 were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special
resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
