CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, the board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr
Johan Diederiks has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of
the Company with effect from 1 August 2011.
Johan obtained his B.Compt Hons degree in 1982 from the University of
South Africa and was admitted as a qualified chartered accountant the
year thereafter. His prior experience includes positions as Managing
Director of Wispeco and other privately held manufacturing businesses
in the building materials industry.
