Changes to the Board of Directors
It is with sadness and regret that Pinnacle announces the passing of its
Chairman Mr Cyril Deveraux Biddlecombe on Saturday 30 July 2011.
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Ashley Tugendhaft will act as
chairperson of the Board until the directors elect a new chairperson in
due course. Mr Tugendhaft is the Senior Partner of Tugendhaft Wapnick
Banchetti and Partners Attorneys and serves as the chairperson of
Pinnacle`s Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
