RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited ("JSE"), notification is hereby given that Mr Hylton
Wilson Cochrane and Mr Andrew Christoffel Nissen have advised the
board of their resignations as Directors of the Company with effect
from 31 July 2011.
The board expresses its appreciation for the commitment and
contribution that Mr Cochrane and Mr Nissen have made during their
tenure.
