NOTICE OF A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a special general meeting of the members of
the Company ("the meeting") will be held in the Main Boardroom at PPC
Building, Barlow Park, 180 Katherine Street, Sandton on Thursday, 1
September 2011 at 08:00. The meeting will be held to transact the
business as stated in the Notice of Special General Meeting ("the
notice") as necessitated by the Companies Act no 71 of 2008, as amended
("the Act"). The notice was posted to shareholders today, on Monday, 1
August 2011.
The last day to trade is Tuesday, 23 August 2011. The record date in
terms of section 59 of the Act, for shareholders to be recorded on the
shareholders` register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the meeting is Tuesday, 30 August 2011. The
last day to receive forms of proxy is 12:00 on Wednesday, 31 August
2011.
The results of the meeting will be announced on the Stock Exchange News
Service (SENS) of the JSE Limited on Thursday, 1 September 2011.
