FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released on 4 May 2011
and 17 June 2011 in relation to the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of
properties from various entities within the Zenprop Property Holdings
Limited group.
Parties are still negotiating the final terms of the individual agreements
as well as finalising the composition of the portfolio, with certain
properties being excluded due to the exercise of pre-emptive rights and
being replaced with additional properties. Further details of the proposed
acquisitions including the pro forma financial effects will be published
once final terms and the portfolio composition have been agreed.
Linked unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until an
announcement detailing the financial effects is released.
