RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 24
June 2011 and the circular posted to shareholders on the same day,
incorporating a notice of general meeting and a form of proxy,
regarding, inter alia, the following:
- the proposed amendments to the Memorandum of Incorporation ("MOI")
of the Company and authority to issue preference shares;
- the approval of the non-executive directors` remuneration for their
services as directors; and
- the provision of financial assistance in terms of section 44 and 45
of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended).
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held on Tuesday, 2
August 2011, all the resolutions proposed were passed by the requisite
majority of votes.
