DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend rate of 78.79484 cents per MNDNIF share
instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 13 September 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 12 August 2011. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 15
August 2011 and the record date is Friday, 19 August 2011.
