DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MNP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI PLC and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI PLC (MND) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment have declared a ratio of 78.79484 cents per MNPNIF share
instalment that is payable on Tuesday 13 September 2011
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 12 August 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 15 August 2011 and the
record date is Friday, 19 August 2011.
