CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Taste is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wessel van der Merwe to the
Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 August 2011.
Wessel has been involved with Taste since its initial listing and will bring a
wealth of experience and knowledge to the Board. He has also accepted to be a
member of the audit committee.
The board is pleased that Wessel has accepted the appointment and believe that
he will bring a wealth of experience to Taste.
