CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Malcolm Segal will be retiring as an executive
director of the Company and Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from 31 October
2011. Malcolm will, however, remain on the boards of the Company and Sasfin
Bank Limited as a non-executive director, where he will continue to fulfil a
non-
executive advisory role to various investee companies in Sasfin`s private equity
portfolios.
The board wishes to thank Malcolm for his valuable contribution to Sasfin over
the past six years.
