CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Unitholders are advised of the following appointment to the board of FPTML,
the manager of Fountainhead, with immediate effect:
Mr David Stanley Savage as an independent non-executive director.
David started his career at Abcon Construction in 1989. He joined Abland
in 1995 as a project manager, was appointed as a director in 1997 and
subsequently appointed managing director in 1998. He was also a member of
the Pangbourne Properties Limited board prior to its acquisition by Capital
Property Fund in March 2011.
David has a BSc (Bldg) and MSc (Bldg Proj Mgmt) degree from the University
of the Witwatersrand.
