CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Platfields is pleased to advise
shareholders that Merchantec (Proprietary) Limited has been appointed as
company secretary to the Company with effect from 31 July 2011,
replacing Probity Business Services (Proprietary) Limited who has
resigned as company secretary.
