NOTICE OF A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING - AVAILABLE ON COMPANY WEBSITE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated Monday, 1 August
2011, whereby shareholders were notified, inter alia, that a special
general meeting of the members of the Company ("the meeting") will be
held in the Main Boardroom at PPC Building, Barlow Park, 180 Katherine
Street, Sandton on Thursday, 1 September 2011 at 08:00. The meeting will
be held to transact the business as stated in the Notice of Special
General Meeting ("the notice") as necessitated by the Companies Act no
71 of 2008, as amended.
