APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, linked unitholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr Solly
Slom ("Solly") has been appointed to the board of the Company, as an
independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 August 2011.
Solly is a senior partner at Fluxmans Inc attorneys and has been a practising
attorney for 44 years. He was a non-executive director of The Waco Group from
1988 to 1999. He joined Fluxmans in 2000 where he concentrated solely on
corporate and commercial law. He has been the legal advisor to a number of
successful listings and continues to act as legal adviser to many large
listed entities. The board welcomes his appointment as a non executive
director and looks forward to his valued contribution.
