DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section
122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised
that the Public Investment Corporation ("PIC") has notified Avusa that
it has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that the total beneficial interest of Avusa ordinary
shares held by PIC is now 10.01% of the total issued Avusa ordinary
shares.
