RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Sections 3.59 - 3.62 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, City Lodge announces the resignation of Mrs Melanie
van Heerden as Group Company Secretary, with effect from 1 September
2011.
The company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement
and the appropriate announcement will be made in due course.
The Board of directors wish to express their sincere thanks to
Melanie for her excellent contribution over the years and wish her
well in her future endeavours.
