RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The board of Vunani advises that, at the General Meeting of shareholders held
today, the resolutions as set out in the notice of General Meeting contained in
the circular to shareholders dated 7 July 2011, to approve the issue of units
for cash by Vunani Property Investment Fund Limited ("VPIF") and the sale of
VPIF units by Vunani Properties (Proprietary) Limited, were duly approved by the
requisite majority.
