CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Afrox Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 30 June 2011 relating to the resignation of the
Managing Director, Mr Tjaart Kruger, and are hereby advised that his resignation
from the Company will be effective on 31 August 2011.
The Afrox Chairman, Mr. Mike Huggon, will assume transitional responsibility for
the executive management of the Company until a successor is identified. Mr
Huggon, wishes Mr Kruger well and, said: "Tjaart has led the business for nearly
five years and I would like to pay tribute to his drive, energy, and
professionalism throughout that time."
