REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the thirty first (31st) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Trans
Hex held today, 4 August 2011, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed
at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes, with the
exception of ordinary resolution number 6 (general authority to issue shares for
cash).
