AMENDMENT TO THE RESULTS OF THE MANDATORY OFFER
Shareholders are advised that in terms of the results of the
mandatory offer announcement published on 1 August 2011, the total
number of offer shares purchased by H.L. Halls Investments
(Proprietary) Limited ("Halls") amounted to 42 916 444 shares and
not the previously published 42 866 444 shares.
Halls has achieved a 51.68% shareholding of RGT SMART.
