APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, linked unitholders of the Company are hereby advised that
Wilson Rich and Associates ("Wilson Rich") have been appointed as the
company secretary to the Company, with effect from 1 August 2011.
The appointment of a highly skilled, suitably qualified and experienced
company secretary is consistent with the governance principles set out
in King III. The Vividend board welcomes Wilson Rich and looks forward
to their valued and experienced input.
