CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Haroon Moolla has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the
audit and risk committee with effect from 05 August 2011.
Mr Moolla has Masters in Business Administration in e-Business from the
United Kingdom as well as multitude of ICT certifications. He brings in
more than two decades of cumulative ICT experience and knowledge of the
applicable corporate governance regulations to the Jasco board.
The board welcomes Mr. Moolla and looks forward to his contribution to
Jasco.
