RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO ALEXANDER FORBES EQUITY HOLDINGS
(PTY) LIMITED ("AFEH")
Reference is made to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 3 May 2011
and 17 June 2011 and published in the press on 4 May 2011 and 20 June 2011
respectively wherein AF Pref linked unitholders were advised that AFEH is in
discussions with an interested party regarding a potential transaction affecting
a portion of its Risk Services business. A further announcement will be made to
AF Pref linked unitholders as soon as AFEH is in a position to do so.
Accordingly, AF Pref linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in AF Pref securities.
