Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BILIHH, Hot Enhanced Distribution
Security ( HOT EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R238.00 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Wednesday, 3
August 2011 the abovementioned Hot Enhanced Distribution Security (HOT EDS) has
been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of HOT EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R210.00
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on, 4 August 2011 = 23044.4 cents
The VWAP on, 5 August 2011 = 22308.04cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 22676.22 cents
Holders will receive 1676.22 cents for every warrant held.
