DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") listings
requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification in the prescribed form of the following movements in
securities of the Company:
- AfrAsia Corporate Finance (Proprietary) Limited ("AfrAsia") has disposed of
a 12.5% interest in securities in the Company such that the total interest
in the securities of the Company held by AfrAsia has decreased to 6.13% of
the total issued share capital of the Company; and
- Typhoon Investment Holdings Limited ("Typhoon") has acquired an interest in
securities in the Company such that the total interest in the securities of
the Company held by Typhoon amounts to 12.5% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
