WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated Friday, 20 May
2011 and renewed on Wednesday, 29 June 2011 where they were advised that the
Company had entered into discussions which, if successfully concluded, may have
a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Shareholders are hereby advised that discussions have been terminated by
Primeserv and caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the
Company`s securities.
