based on an initial UCS share price of R2-00 equating to a transaction value

subject of this announcement were also received as part of the purchase of
the UCS shares given the unbundling of BCX shares effected by UCS to its
shareholders on 23 May 2011. Accordingly, the above values are deemed values
(based on the share prices stipulated in the BCX circular dated 9 March
2011) and not the actual prices paid by the director.
