CANCELLATION OF DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM
LTD ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("AMSIDE")
On 26 July 2011 Investec Bank Limited announced that the declared
dividend of 500 cents per security would be payable on 22 August 2011
to Holders of AMSIDE Enhanced Dividend Securities in possession of the
warrant as of the record date Friday, 19 August 2011.
Subsequently, a notice of barrier announcement was made on 10 August
2011 by Investec Bank Limited as the issuer of AMSIDE (EDS); which
advised the Holders of the breach of the stop loss level of R528.00 in
the Underlying Share, and the resultant termination of AMSIDE (EDS) as of
close of business Monday, 08 August 2011.
Consequently, the warrant holders of AMSIDE (EDS) will not be eligible to
receive an Anglo American Platinum LTD dividend of 500 cents per security
on Monday, 22 August 2011.
