TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from
the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that O-line is currently finalising its results
for the year ended 30 June 2011. Accordingly, a review of the financial results
for the year ended 30 June 2011, has indicated that earnings per share ("EPS")
and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") are expected to be in excess of 30%
higher than the previous corresponding period.
O-line will publish an updated trading statement as soon as the exact range of
the change in financial results has been determined.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
