DIRECTOR ANNOUNCEMENT
This announcement to shareholders is in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
Afrimat sadly announces the death today of Executive Director Mr. Peter Corbin
following a long battle with cancer.
Peter joined Prima Klipbrekers (Pty) Limited in 1985 where he became Managing
Director. Subsequent to the formation of Afrimat, he took up the position of
Chief Operating Officer of the group until 2009 and thereafter participated on a
part time basis in the group`s New Business Development initiatives.
The board and his colleagues at Afrimat convey their deepest sympathy to his
family. Peter will be remembered for his passion for people and his wealth of
knowledge that added significantly to Afrimat`s success. The board will miss his
wise input.
