DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s listings requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form of the following movements in securities of the Company:
- Stafric Investments and Management Services (Proprietary) Limited
("Stafric") has disposed of a 26.02% interest in securities in the Company
such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by
Stafric has decreased to 41.23% of the total issued share capital of the
Company; and
- the Lategan Family Trust has acquired an interest in securities in the
Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held
by the Lategan Family Trust amounts to 26.025% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
