WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS this morning
which detailed the full terms of Cashbuild`s proposed implementation of a
performance based Black Economic Empowerment transaction. Accordingly,
shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities.
