The appointment of Non-executive Director
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the Company has
pleasure in advising shareholders that Ms Mary Vilakazi was appointed as a non-
executive director with effect from 12 August 2011.
Ms Vilakazi, a chartered accountant, is an independent consultant and a
director of various other companies. She was previously chief financial officer
of Mineral Services Group and partner in the Financial Services practice of
PricewaterhouseCoopers.
