FINAL DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared a final dividend of US 4 cents per
share.
The dividend timetable is as follows:-
Finalisation date Friday, 26 August 2011
Last day to trade `cum div` SA Friday, 2 September 2011
`Ex div` date SA Monday, 5 September 2011
Dividend record date Friday, 9 September 2011 (close of business)
Dividend payment date Friday, 30 September 2011
The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers between the South African
register and the UK and Australian registers from Monday, 5 September 2011 to
Friday 9 September 2011, both dates inclusive.
This will be paid in Rands to South African shareholders, registered as such on
the South African share register, calculated at the US dollar to Rand exchange
at the close of business in Australia on Thursday, 25 August 2011. Accordingly,
a finalisation announcement confirming the exchange rate and final dividend
amount payable in Rands will be released on SENS by no later than 11:00 on
Friday, 26 August 2011.
