DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS LIMITED
ORDINARY SHARES (GFI) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to GOLD FIELDS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (GFI)Trustees of the Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 100 cents per GFINNE share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 05 September 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 26 August 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 29 August 2011. and
the record date is Friday, 02 September 2011.
