WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint detailed cautionary announcement relating
to, inter alia, the conditional intention of PSG Group to make an offer to
acquire the entire issued share capital of Paladin Capital Limited ("Paladin")
by way of a scheme of arrangement, dated 13 July 2011. Shareholders are hereby
advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in their securities as the Paladin scheme of arrangement is not
considered material to PSG Group.
