RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL METING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Actowers annual general meeting held on
Wednesday 17 August 2011, all the ordinary and special resolutions set out in
the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report
posted to shareholders on Friday 15 July 2011, were approved by the requisite
majorities of votes by shareholders.
