Appointment of Director

Requirements, shareholders are advised that Nontobeko Sanelisiwe Ndhlazi
has been appointed as a non-executive director of Adcorp with effect
from 16 August 2011. Nontobeko is currently the Group Chief Financial
Officer of Wiphold and brings extensive experience in finance and client
service delivery. Prior to her position at Wiphold, Nontobeko was a
director of Deloitte & Touche`s Special Services Group as well as a
member of the Deloitte Women`s Leadership Initiative.
