Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2011, which are included in the company`s
annual report for that year, and which remain unchanged from the audited
results published on SENS on 30 May 2011, will be dispatched to
shareholders today.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
the company will be held on Wednesday 28 September 2011 at 10h00 at the
company`s registered office located at Skinwell, Placecol Boulevard,
Samrand Avenue, Kosmosdal, Centurion in the boardroom to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part
of the company`s annual report.
