FURTHER UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated Thursday, 31 March 2011, updated on
Friday, 15 April 2011, Friday, 29 April 2011, Monday, 9 May 2011, and on
Thursday, 2 June 2011 shareholders are updated regarding the following:
* The audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2010
will be released on or about 18 October 2011;
* Appointment of 4 independent non-executive directors to be
appointed with effect on or about 1 September 2011;
* Appointment of audit committee chairman on or about 1 September
2011;
* Appointment of remuneration committee chairman on or about 1
September 2011;
* Appointment of a company secretary on or about 1 September 2011;
* Annual reports for 2009 and 2010 to be posted to shareholders on
or about 7 November 2011;
* Annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on or about 7
December 2011; and
* Application to be made to the JSE Limited to uplift the suspension
of the Command Holdings Limited Shares on or about 10 November
2011.
