CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors ("the Board") of ACTOWERS wishes to inform shareholders
that Mr Chris Kruger has retired as Non-Executive Director with effect from 17
August 2011.
Mr Chris Kruger started in the Company in 1999 and was the Chief Executive
Officer ("CEO") and Chairman since its listing in 2006. Due to poor health, Mr
Kruger stepped down as CEO on 1 October 2010 and as Chairman of the Board on 26
January 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Chris for his leadership, dedication, commitment and
invaluable contribution to the Company and the Board during his tenure with the
Company and wish him success for the future.
We trust that Chris will enjoy his well deserved retirement.
