CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Carolyn Douglas as an
executive director and Ismail Dawood as a non-executive director of the
company with effect from Tuesday 16 August 2011.
Carolyn Douglas, who holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Planning (Urban
Design), and a BSc in Town and Regional Planning brings more than 25 years of
experience in the property investment, development and management industry to
the board.
Ismail Dawood, who holds a Masters Degree in Education and has spent many
years in the education and consulting arenas, brings valuable experience and
skills to the board. He shall serve as a non-executive director and Chairman
of the newly established Ethics Committee.
