CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that Mr. DC Jacobs has been appointed as an
executive director of the company with effect from 18 August 2011.
Mr DC Jacobs was appointed as Managing Director of Witbank Brickworks
(1961) (Pty) Limited on 1 October 2008 and as this subsidiary
is one of the major components of the Group, his representation and
participation on the Kairos Board will be invaluable.
