POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Avusa integrated annual report
containing the audited annual financial statements of the company and
the group for the year ended 31 March 2011 was posted to shareholders
today and contains no modifications to the audited results which were
published on 23 June 2011.
Deloitte & Touche audited the annual financial statements, and their
unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the company`s
registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of shareholders
of the company will be held at 12h30 on Monday, 19 September 2011 in the
auditorium, ground floor, 4 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting which forms part of the integrated annual report.
